There were about a hundred bees on the front, and hundreds of bees coming and going. I had caught my first swarm!
And so, it is much too early for spring swarms hither, meaning this swarm must accept moved in during the Oct goldenrod blossom. I never checked the traps afterwards August, and I learned my lesson.
